We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Joinery & Fit-Out Project Manager to lead our construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing all aspects of high-end joinery and fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of multiple joinery/fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients, design consultants, production teams, and on-site staff.
• Manage the procurement process and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce quality control, and ensure safety standards are maintained.
• Efficiently resolve any technical challenges or on-site issues that may arise.
• Manage all project documentation, including contracts, variations, and progress reports.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of all subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 2 - 5 years of direct experience in project management, specifically within the joinery or fit-out industry in the UAE.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 10,001 - AED 15,000 per month.
