We are seeking a detail-oriented and vigilant Scanning Operator to join our operational team in Dubai. This full-time role is essential for maintaining security and operational flow by accurately operating advanced scanning equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of scanning equipment, including X-ray, barcode, passport, and document scanners, with precision and accuracy.
• Strictly adhere to all security protocols related to secure data handling and the screening of items and personnel.
• Conduct routine checks and basic troubleshooting on scanning hardware to ensure consistent operational readiness and report any malfunctions.
• Handle, capture, and verify digital images and data, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all information.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to manage workflow, especially during peak operational hours.
• Maintain a high level of vigilance and situational awareness, promptly reporting any discrepancies or security concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 2 - 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with scanning hardware and image verification software. Basic knowledge of airport or secure facility operations is a major advantage.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and focus are required.
• Communication: Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Compliance: Strong ability to follow security procedures and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical Condition: Must be in good physical shape to handle long hours of standing and screening tasks.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 7,001 - AED 10,000 per month.
