Job Description
A construction project in the UAE is currently accepting applications from experienced Construction Foremen to supervise site activities and coordinate daily workforce operations.Key Responsibilities- Supervise workers and subcontractors on construction sites- Coordinate daily site activities according to project requirements- Allocate manpower and monitor work progress- Ensure construction work follows drawings, specifications and schedules- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors and other site teams- Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials- Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow safety procedures- Report daily progress and site issues to management- Organize tools, equipment and materials required for site work
Requirements
