Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and sorting ingredients.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by sweeping floors, cleaning surfaces, and removing trash.
- Help with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing supplies.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be able to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
- Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
