Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
- Prepare, process, and manage sales orders, quotations, and contracts accurately.
- Act as a point of contact for clients: scheduling meetings, responding to inquiries, and following up on orders.
- Maintain and diligently update customer databases, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Track sales team targets, prepare regular performance reports, and offer analytical insights.
- Manage filing systems for sales documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a sales support or sales coordination role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrable experience using CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Strong multitasking skills, ability to perform well under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
