Job Description
A reputed Travel & Tourism company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Reservation Agent.Key Responsibilities:- Handle flight, hotel, holiday package, and travel-related reservations.- Process bookings, amendments, cancellations, and refunds accurately.- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.- Provide travel information, fare quotations, and itinerary details.- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure seamless service.- Maintain reservation records and update booking systems.- Achieve sales and customer service targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reservation Agent, Travel Consultant, or Ticketing Executive in a travel agency.- Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
