You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together.

Salary & Benefits:
- Estimated Salary: AED 25,000 - AED 35,000 per month

Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to craft and convey clear, impactful, and engaging messages.
- Experience applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities.
- Ability to direct a team through complexity, demonstrating composure in ambiguous situations.
- Experience initiating open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
