We are looking to hire a hard-working and reliable Kitchen Helper to clean, stock, and maintain our kitchen, as well as assist with the preparation of meal ingredients. This is a key role in supporting our culinary team and ensuring smooth operations.

Kitchen Helper Responsibilities:

• Prepare meal ingredients for the cook, including washing, peeling, and cutting.
• Assist kitchen staff in unloading food supplies from delivery trucks.
• Properly wash and dry all dishes, utensils, and cooking instruments.
• Neatly put away all kitchen items in their designated places.
• Pack take-out orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage garbage disposal and maintain the cleanliness of kitchen areas.
• Store all food items according to food safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a kitchen helper is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A reliable and hardworking team player.
