Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, answer their questions, and provide advice or recommendations.
- Operate cash registers, scanners, scales, and other electronics efficiently.
- Accept payments, ensure prices are accurate, and provide receipts.
- Process refunds, exchanges, and resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and generate sales reports.
- Bag or wrap purchases carefully for customers.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications:
- A strong work ethic, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and committed to providing outstanding service.
- Previous experience as a cashier is preferred.
