Baggage Counter Staff
We are looking for a reliable and guest-oriented Baggage Counter Staff member to handle, store, and tag guest luggage securely while maintaining excellent customer service. This role is a key part of our front-line team, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Guest Luggage Handling: Safely receive, store, and tag guest luggage, and retrieve it promptly upon request.
- Guest Interaction & Service: Greet guests politely, offer assistance, and answer basic inquiries about the hotel and local area.
- Baggage Area Management: Keep the luggage storage area clean, organized, and secure at all times.
- Coordination: Work closely with the front office, bell desk, and concierge teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be physically fit and able to handle luggage.
- A strong sense of responsibility and organization.
- A positive and guest-friendly attitude.
