We are looking for energetic ground staff to be responsible for administrative duties and communication with passengers. You will be a key part of our team, ensuring every passenger is comfortable, safe, and well-informed.

Ground Staff Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome passengers, and respond to their questions.
• Check in baggage and handle reservations and ticket sales.
• Assist disabled passengers and those with small children.
• Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and other important factors.
• Promptly resolve passenger queries and complaints.
• Clean and restock aircraft with refreshments after flights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service (1-2 years), preferably in aviation or hospitality.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
