Salary:

Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage store staff; ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Sales Management: Analyze sales data, develop strategies to boost performance, and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Customer Service: Guarantee a positive customer experience by addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, order merchandise, maintain displays, and conduct regular stock takes.
- Visual Merchandising: Implement company standards to enhance store appearance and effectively promote products.
- Budget Management: Oversee the store's budget, control expenses, and optimize operations for profitability.
- Store Operations: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales, staff performance, and inventory for management.
