Job Summary: Front Desk Clerk - Dubai

Our company is looking for a professional **Front Desk Clerk** to oversee all receptionist and secretarial duties at our main entrance desk in Dubai. You will be the 'face' of the company, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support.

(Note: Listed industry is Hotels/Restaurant, but duties fit general office administration as well).

Salary:

  • Range: AED 4,001 - AED 5,000 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide superb customer service upon arrival and throughout their interaction.
  • Maintain a neat, presentable front desk area, ensuring necessary supplies (pens, forms, etc.) are stocked.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls professionally, address client questions, and manage the switchboard.
  • Redirect calls accurately to the appropriate department and take clear messages when needed.
  • Receive and manage all incoming letters and packages, distributing them promptly.
  • Monitor, organize, and forward company emails as required.
  • Track office equipment and supply levels, placing orders for replacements proactively.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems (both physical and electronic).
  • Oversee the office budget, potentially involving tracking expenses or assisting with budget reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Front Desk Clerk, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Must be presentable and friendly with outstanding people skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a talent for multitasking effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar office software.
  • Ability to handle administrative duties efficiently and manage basic budget oversight.
