Job Summary: Hotel Manager - Dubai
We are looking for an experienced **Hotel Manager** in Dubai to oversee the daily operations of our hotel and provide strategic direction. You will plan and supervise the activities of an extensive and diverse workforce to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business.
(Note: Listed as Mid Career, but requires substantial experience of 7-10 years).

Responsibilities:
- Supervise work across all hotel departments (e.g., reception, kitchen, housekeeping, office) and set clear performance objectives.
- Plan daily activities and allocate responsibilities to ensure the most efficient operating model.
- Manage budgets and control expenses effectively.
- Analyze and interpret financial information, monitor sales trends, and track profitability.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services and attract guests.
- Engage with customers appropriately – welcoming guests, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and providing information.
- Handle operational challenges such as maintenance issues, staff or equipment shortages, and coordinate renovations.
- Collaborate productively with external partners including suppliers, travel agencies, and event/conference planners.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and provide overall strategic direction for the hotel.
Requirements:
- Significant proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior hospitality management role (7-10 years).
- Strong understanding of hotel management best practices, operational procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Outstanding leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and marketing implementation.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and preferably Hotel Management Software (PMS).
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
