Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service during checkout.
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions with speed and accuracy.
• Issue correct receipts, process refunds, and provide accurate change when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized cashier station.
• Ensure product pricing is correct and apply any relevant promotions accurately.
• Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting discrepancies immediately.
• Assist customers with bagging or packing items as needed.
• Respond courteously to customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience working as a Cashier or in a customer-facing service role is preferred (1-2 years).
• Strong basic math skills are essential.
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash registers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be honest, dependable, and able to handle money responsibly.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is beneficial.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, potentially including weekends and public holidays.
