Job Description
Senior Customer Service Executive
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Senior Customer Service Executive to lead customer support operations, handle escalations, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in customer service management.
Key Responsibilities:Handle complex customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.Supervise and support junior customer service staff in daily operations.Ensure all customer issues are resolved efficiently and within company standards.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with KPIs and quality standards.Train and guide customer service team members to improve performance.Prepare reports on customer feedback, service issues, and performance metrics.Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer-related concerns.Improve customer service processes and recommend service enhancements.Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and resolutions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.Previous experience as a Senior Customer Service Executive or similar role is required.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Excellent ability to handle difficult customers and high-pressure situations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to train and motivate team members.Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.Benefits:Competitive salary package.Visa and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.Career growth and leadership opportunities.Supportive and professional work environment.
