We are seeking an experienced Stone Cladding Supervisor for our construction projects in Dubai. The role involves managing all aspects of stone cladding works, from design coordination and shop drawings to site supervision and quality control, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 7,001 - AED 10,000 per month
- Benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review shop drawings and technical details for stone cladding systems.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and main contractors for design approvals.
- Conduct site surveys and ensure site readiness for cladding works.
- Supervise installation of stone panels ensuring alignment, fixing, and safety.
- Plan and manage materials, tools, and manpower required for cladding works.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Conduct inspections and prepare progress and quality reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Cladding Supervisor or in a similar construction role.
- In-depth knowledge of stone cladding systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
