Salary & Benefits:
- Estimated On-Target Earnings (OTE): AED 5,000 - AED 15,000 per month (Commission-based)
- Benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Display and market real property to possible buyers.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc).
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and trustworthy.
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market.
