Job Responsibilities:
- Business Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their operations, risks, and insurance needs, ensuring the provision of suitable insurance products.
- Policy Customisation: Design and recommend insurance packages that cover medical and general insurance needs, working with underwriters to negotiate terms.
- Renewals and Policy Management: Regularly review and renew corporate insurance policies, updating coverage as needed.
- New Business Development: Attend industry events and networking events to foster relationships with potential business clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an insurance broker, with a focus on the B2B market.
- Strong understanding of medical and general insurance products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
