Position Overview
You’ll manage and expand an existing General Insurance portfolio, primarily consisting of Group Life, Property, and Liability insurance. Leveraging your extensive knowledge of the general insurance and reinsurance markets in the Middle East, you’ll provide strategic guidance, team leadership, and expert service to our valued clients. Your ability to identify growth opportunities while maintaining exceptional standards of client service will be crucial to your success.

Salary & Benefits:
- Estimated Salary: AED 20,000 - AED 35,000 per month

- Lead and mentor a team to deliver outstanding client service.
- Leverage market knowledge to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Act as a trusted adviser, providing strategic guidance and tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the company.
What you'll bring:
- 5-8 years of experience within General Insurance, with proven leadership responsibilities.
- Extensive knowledge of the General Insurance and Reinsurance markets in the Middle East.
- A client-first mindset with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Unwavering commitment to high ethical and professional standards.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
