Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Support procurement processes and inventory management.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors or clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (a degree/diploma in business administration is a plus).
