Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and present menus in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve orders promptly and attend to customer needs during dining.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after guests are seated.
• Handle billing and payment processing.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling bills and payments.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• 1 - 2 Years experience as a Waiter / Waitress or similar role.
