Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and preparing agendas.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks and coordination.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and staff coordination as required.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and company records.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or a diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in an administrative or office assistant role (UAE experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and willingness to support team members.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion.
- Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Availability: Immediately available candidates will be preferred.
