In this vital role, you will greet guests warmly, efficiently manage reservations and waiting lists, escort guests to their tables, and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their dining experience. You'll also provide support by answering phone calls, coordinating effectively with servers, and meticulously maintaining the front-of-house area. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for customer service. While previous experience in hospitality is a plus, it's not strictly required.
