Now Hiring: Concierge - Deira, Dubai
We are looking for a polished, professional, and customer-focused **Concierge** to join our hospitality team located in **Deira, Dubai**. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences.

Salary:
- Range: AED 3,001 - AED 3,500 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing a consistently high level of service.
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and manage inquiries effectively.
- Handle guest requests, including making reservations for dining, tours, transportation, etc.
- Provide accurate information and recommendations about local attractions, services, and amenities.
- Coordinate services and liaise with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a welcoming, tidy, and professional front desk or concierge area.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming personality.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be polished, professional, and presentable.
- Good problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Previous experience in customer service or a hospitality role (e.g., front desk, guest relations) is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with the local area (Dubai/Deira) is an advantage.
