Job Summary: Chef - Hotel/Restaurant (Dubai)
Our restaurant in Dubai is seeking a passionate, skilled **Chef** to create delicious meals for our patrons. You will be responsible for planning our menu, ensuring high-quality food production, overseeing kitchen operations, and collaborating with the kitchen team.
(Note: Requires 1-2 years experience for a role involving menu planning, supervision, and training).

Salary:
- Range: AED 3,001 - AED 3,500 per month
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all food produced is of excellent quality and served promptly.
- Plan menus considering budget constraints and the availability of seasonal ingredients.
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations on a daily basis.
- Coordinate the kitchen staff effectively and provide assistance as needed.
- Train kitchen staff in the preparation and cooking of all menu items to standard.
- Manage inventory by taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders for replenishment.
- Enforce strict safety and sanitation standards within the kitchen.
- Develop and create new recipes to keep the menu fresh and appealing.
- Stay informed about current culinary industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (1-2 years).
- Passion for food and creativity in menu planning and recipe development.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to oversee and coordinate kitchen staff effectively.
- Experience with inventory management and ordering.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is often preferred.
