Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Registered Nurses with the implementation of patient care plans.
- Monitor and accurately record patients' vital signs.
- Support patients with their activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff.
- Provide assistance during medical procedures as directed and support documentation efforts.
- Prioritize patient comfort and safety at all times.
