Job Summary: Reservation Agent - Dubai

We are looking for detail-oriented **Reservation Agents** to join a team in Dubai, likely within the **Travel or Hospitality sector** (based on duties, though listed industry was Courier/Freight). You will assist customers with their booking needs, provide planning services, and ensure a smooth reservation process.

Salary:

• Range: AED 3,501 - AED 4,000 per month

Reservation Agent Responsibilities:

• Assist and advise customers selecting from various travel or accommodation options.
• Make reservations accurately based on customer requirements and budget.
• Verify availability of rooms, seats, or transportation for desired dates.
• Help customers plan itineraries by suggesting local attractions and points of interest.
• Process payments securely and send booking confirmations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising with bookings or reservations.
• Actively sell and promote reservation services offered.
• Clearly answer customer questions regarding the reservation process.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, special packages, or upgrades.
• Support customers needing to amend or cancel existing reservations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar customer service/sales role (1-2 years).
• Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell effectively.
• Good knowledge of booking procedures, deals, and packages.
• Proficiency with reservation software/systems is an advantage.
