Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough pre-flight safety checks and ensure cabin cleanliness.
• Attend pre-flight briefings to review flight details and procedures.
• Clearly demonstrate safety and emergency procedures to passengers (e.g., seat belts, oxygen masks, exit locations).
• Welcome passengers aboard, verify tickets, and assist with seating arrangements.
• Provide information and support to ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items to passengers.
• Address passenger inquiries regarding flight details, routes, and arrival times professionally.
• Respond effectively to any in-flight issues or emergencies.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and potentially maximizing onboard revenue.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Flight Attendant or in a similar customer service role.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be available to work flexible and variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit to meet the demands of the role.
• Successful completion of required safety and training programs.
