We are looking for a reliable and physically fit **Aircraft Loader** to join an aviation team in Dubai. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of baggage, cargo, and mail, ensuring compliance with safety standards and load plans to support on-time aircraft departures.

(Note: Listed industry was Travel/Tourism, but role is specific to Aviation/Airlines).

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto/from aircraft, trolleys, and conveyor systems according to procedures.
• Strictly follow load plans and weight distribution guidelines to maintain aircraft safety and balance.
• Safely operate Ground Support Equipment (GSE) including belt loaders, tugs, dollies, etc.
• Properly secure cargo and baggage within the aircraft using nets, straps, and other restraint methods.
• Conduct visual inspections for damaged items during loading/unloading and report any issues immediately.
• Coordinate closely with ramp agents, flight crews, and load controllers for accurate loading information.
• Adhere to all airport safety rules, security procedures, and company policies at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas on the ramp and in loading zones.
• Assist with other aircraft ground handling duties like marshalling or placing chocks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as an Aircraft Loader or similar role in ramp operations (5-7 years).
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Excellent physical fitness, capable of heavy lifting and sustained physical activity.
• Competence and appropriate licensing (if required) to operate relevant Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
• Good understanding of aircraft loading procedures, load plans, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
• Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and during irregular hours (shifts, nights, weekends, holidays).

Work Conditions:

• Work is performed primarily outdoors on the airport ramp.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions (heat, humidity, etc.).
• Requires working during irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
