Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, organised, and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations and activities.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and materials.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
Organise warehouse storage and ensure proper material handling.
Prepare delivery notes, goods receipt notes, and stock reports.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and other departments.
Conduct regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage procedures.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock to management.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Previous warehouse or inventory experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
Basic knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
