Job Description
we are looking for a responsible, caring and attentive School Bus Attendant to ensure the safety and well-being of students during transportation to and from school.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise students throughout the bus journey.
Assist students safely when boarding and leaving the bus.
Ensure students remain seated and follow safety rules.
Maintain discipline and a safe environment on the bus.
Assist young children and students who require additional support.
Check the bus carefully after every trip to ensure no student is left behind.
Maintain accurate student attendance records.
Communicate with the bus driver regarding student safety and any concerns.
Report accidents, incidents or behavioural issues to school management.
Ensure students are picked up and dropped off at the correct locations.
Follow school transportation policies and emergency procedures.
Assist during emergency situations when required.
Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with students and parents.
