Job Description
A reputable company is seeking a motivated and organized Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, support team performance, and ensure an excellent customer shopping experience. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with strong leadership abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily retail activities and ensure smooth store operations.
Guide, support, and coordinate sales associates and store staff.
Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving store targets.
Ensure shelves are properly stocked, products are displayed neatly, and pricing is accurate.
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and complaints.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the inventory team.
Support stocktaking, inventory checks, and loss-prevention procedures.
Ensure proper handling of cash, sales transactions, and daily reports where applicable.
Train new team members on store procedures and customer service standards.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
Prepare sales and operational reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety procedures, and retail standards.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; a qualification in business or retail management is an advantage.
Previous experience in retail, sales, or store operations is preferred.
Supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of customer service and retail operations.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
Ability to monitor stock, organize tasks, and manage priorities.
Professional attitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
