Job Description
A guest-focused professional Guest Relation Officer is needed to support hotel operations by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring visitors receive attentive, courteous, and efficient service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and assist with inquiries, requests, and hotel information.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service concerns professionally.
