Job Description
A reputable fitness center is seeking a motivated and energetic Fitness Trainer to guide clients in achieving their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs and professional support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized workout plans- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safe training practices- Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and training areas- Promote a positive and healthy fitness environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Fitness Trainer or in a similar role- Certification in Fitness Training or Personal Training is preferred- Good knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and nutrition- Excellent communication and motivational skills- Ability to work with clients of different fitness levels
