Job Description
We are looking for a skilled, flexible, and experienced Tournant (Relief Chef) to support various kitchen sections and ensure smooth culinary operations across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist and work across different kitchen sections as needed (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, etc.)Step in to replace chefs during their absence or during busy operationsEnsure food is prepared according to hotel recipes and standardsMaintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safetySupport the kitchen team in daily preparation and serviceFollow instructions from the Sous Chef and the Executive ChefEnsure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of dishesAssist in stock handling and kitchen organization
