Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at construction/project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site workers and subcontractorsMonitor daily site activities and ensure project progressEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesRead and interpret drawings, plans, and specificationsManage materials, tools, and equipment on siteReport progress, issues, and delays to managementConduct site inspections and maintain quality standardsEnsure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar roleStrong knowledge of construction processes and safety standardsAbility to read technical drawings and plansGood leadership and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesA diploma or certification in construction/engineering is an advantage
