Job Description
We Are Hiring: Salon Receptionist
Job Description:
Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts.Maintain client records and appointment logs.Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations.Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.Promote salon services and products when appropriate.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer knowledge and appointment booking skills.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
