Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the restaurant management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front-of-house staff and daily restaurant operations.Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming standards.Assist with staff scheduling and training.Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to maintain smooth operations.
