Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Supervisor to lead and coordinate nursing staff and ensure the highest standards of patient care. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, clinical experience, and a commitment to maintaining quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of nursing staff- Ensure proper patient care standards and hospital protocols are followed- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support- Coordinate with doctors and hospital administration teams- Manage shift scheduling and staff allocation- Maintain patient care records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
