We are seeking a senior Consolidation Manager for our Financial Reporting team. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end consolidation process for the group, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS, and providing key financial insights to management.

Salary & Benefits:
- Estimated Salary: AED 40,000 - AED 55,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end consolidation process for the group.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Conduct variance analysis on consolidated financials and provide insights for management.
- Serve as the point of contact for external auditors on consolidation matters.
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of consolidation specialists.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the consolidation process through automation and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification (CPA, ACCA, or CMA).
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in financial consolidation with a strong background in IFRS group reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS standards, especially IFRS 10, IFRS 3, and IFRS 12.
- Experience with consolidation software (e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion, Oracle FCCS) is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
