The Opportunity
Our GCR tax service line operates as a team of highly experienced tax professionals who focus on delivering efficient and effective resources to companies in the region. Our goal is to improve quality, manage risk, create efficiency and drive value. As part of a MENA team, you will be providing high quality services to clients across a range of industries.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Combine strong technical skills with practical commercial and legislative knowledge to lead a team in providing tax services.
- Manage the day-to-day aspects of client engagements, monitor progress, and put in place standardized processes.
- Anticipate and identify risks, escalate issues as appropriate, and drive performance-improvement solutions.
- Supervise high-performing teams, build a positive learning culture, and coach junior team members.

To qualify for the role you must have:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation or a related field.
- An MBA, Master's, or professional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT).
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules.
- A strong background in tax accounting and tax auditing.
- Managerial, organizational, and project management experience.
