We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and contracts effectively. This role involves preparing cost estimates, managing tender documents, administering contracts, and ensuring projects remain within budget.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 5,001 - AED 7,000 per month
• Benefits as per UAE Labour Law.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
• Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotations and contract terms.
• Prepare and manage tender documents and procurement schedules.
• Administer contracts and manage variations, claims, and payment applications.
• Conduct site visits to verify work progress.
• Assess and value completed works for interim and final payments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and procurement.
• Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Office.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
