Salary & Benefits:
- Estimated Salary: AED 4,500 - AED 7,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems in a timely manner.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Assist with the maintenance of IT systems and the installation of updates and patches.
- Ensure cybersecurity protocols are followed and help educate users on security best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A professional IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+) is highly desirable.
