We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team of room attendants and ensure we provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Train, mentor, and supervise housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct daily inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- Create and manage staff schedules, including arranging for replacements in cases of absence.
- Educate staff on and enforce cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards.
- Motivate team members and proactively resolve any issues that occur on the job.
- Address customer complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor, manage, and replenish the stock of cleaning products and supplies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of sanitation regulations and cleaning best practices.
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to handle customer requests and complaints effectively.
