We are seeking a proactive and experienced Fit-Out Site Engineer to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our construction projects in Dubai. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site operations for fit-out projects, ensuring work progresses according to schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless execution.
• Review and interpret design drawings, technical specifications, and material submittals.
• Prepare work schedules, monitor progress, and produce regular status reports for management.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control measures and safety regulations on site.
• Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Manage the logistics of material procurement and delivery to avoid delays.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer, specifically on fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documents.
• Excellent knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
