Customer Service Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to lead our team of representatives and deliver excellent customer service. You will ensure the team is compliant with company policies, oversee daily work, and assist in resolving customer complaints to maintain satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of customer service employees.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Display extensive product knowledge and ensure the team is well-informed.
- Oversee the work of every employee in your team, providing guidance and support.
- Handle customer complaints brought to your attention and ensure resolution.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance.
- Conduct quality assurance surveys and report on findings.
Requirements:
- National diploma in administration or a similar field.
- A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Must be computer literate.
- Strong management and organizational abilities.
