Responsibilities (Potential):
Based on the requirement to create HR applications:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain new HR-focused web applications and software solutions.
- Translate HR requirements into functional code.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define software scope and objectives.
- Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Web Developer, Programmer, or Software Developer.
- Demonstrated ability to create new software applications (experience with HR systems is a strong plus).
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and databases.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must be Female.
- **Mandatory:** Must currently hold a valid UAE residence visa sponsored by Father or Husband.
- Indian or Filipino nationality is preferred.
