Key Responsibilities:
- 📞 Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- 🛠️ Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction remains high.
- 🔄 Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- 📝 Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems.
- 🤝 Coordinate with internal departments (like logistics and finance) to ensure timely deliveries and effective solutions for customers.
Requirements:
- 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- ⭐ Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not essential.
- 🗣️ Excellent communication (verbal & written) and strong problem-solving skills.
- 🧘 Ability to multitask effectively and stay calm under pressure.
- 💻 Proficiency in basic computer systems and familiarity with CRM tools.
