We are looking for a trustworthy and customer-focused Cashier to manage transactions efficiently and accurately in our retail or hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude while providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.
• Ensure proper scanning and pricing of products or services.
• Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the checkout area.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Report any discrepancies, errors, or suspicious activities to management.
• Support store operations, restocking, or other assigned duties when needed.

Requirements:

• Trustworthy and customer-focused.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer or data-related certification is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role (UAE experience preferred).
• Good numeracy and basic accounting skills.
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Honest, reliable, and well-presented.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
